      great company but unfair tactics regarding standards and moral

      Pros

      It was great pay and gave me superb training and flexabilty with schedule etc.

      Cons

      They have a lot of things in a grey area so things aren't the same in every team. Unfortunatly that leads to unfair and inaccurate data that an employee is held to.

      Benefits was the only good thing about that place and a handful of employees were nice.

      Cons

      They always talk about how the company promotes work life balance and offering alternative schedules but very few business partner roles (non sales) actually allow you to have an alternative schedule.
