Pros

They have a beautiful building, decent benefits, and lots of parties

Cons

they will lie to you and tell you are going to make a lot of money. I was one of the top Reps before I left and was still only making about $60,000 a year. There are others who get paid more so they make it look like you can but those people are fed the good prospects to make you work harder and think you have a chance. Also the have 9 different metrics you HAVE to hit in order to not get put on a plan.

Pros

Great environment and culture, pay and commission is very good for entry level. good initial training. Great new facility, as well as a great bunch of people to work with.

Cons

What have you done for me lately mentality, a lot of aspects of the business out of your control. most of it is just getting lucky. Lots of Cold call marketing, its a requirement, and happens to be the least effective way to market open positions.

Pros

The people truly care...right from the top down. If you work hard you will be rewarded...that is a nice change from previous experiences.

Cons

The salary is a little low for industry standards. There are good months and bad months in every profession and having a slightly better salary will make the bad months tolerable.
