Pros

Health benefits are great. Partially paid maternity and paternity leave, fertility care assistance, even assistance with gender reassignment. Unlimited Volunteer time off.

Cons

Unhealthy competition; everyone in the Grand Rapids office looks and acts unhappy, dissatisfied, and stressed out; long-tenured managers are unwilling to change with the times and the younger workforce; Core values only apply to management favorites, Don't let them fool you into thinking they are happy, progressive and fun during interviews - pay attention to the atmosphere in the office take note as to how many people are smiling or interacting with one another; Nothing matters to mgmt except your numbers and doing things "their way", not the company's way, the mgr's way; YOU WILL BE A SEAT WARMER - get your numbers and be sure you're in your seat for exactly 8 hours a day or more, they will have a talk with you if you're in your seat for 7 hrs and 59 mins. Flex time is not understood by management, they require it be pre-approved at least a week in advance - where's the flexibility in that? It is not a recruiting hub - it's a call center, if you're a recruiter just plan on doing the "bait and switch" with your candidates

Pros

Fun culture, with awesome sales teams! Management seems to consider your goals, and implement them in coaching. Awesome campus with hundreds of perks. (Game room, full service cafeteria, refresh stations, etc.)

Cons

They tell you potential earnings is very high, which it is, but it is near impossible. They are constantly hiring because they are constantly firing!!! The job security is very frightening. I was hired with 8 people and I am currently the only employee working here still. I’ve seen countless individuals get completely blind sided.

Pros

I am able to bring my best self to work each day, because I am encouraged to be myself. This includes schedule flexibility, the autonomy to do my job my way, and support from my leadership.

Cons

People work here FOREVER so being new can take a little time to learn all the inside jokes.
