Pros

nice campus, good benifits, central location

Cons

salse process is too agressive. I was going through a marketing list this morning I and a large majority of our clients are expressing frustration with the volume and broadness of our solicitation. comp health states "we know the recipe" and th y did 20 years ago. but now people are inundated with sales calls and they are tired of being solicilicited by phone and pushed. 99 percent of our efforts are waisted. once someone is on the hook we push, hard. we bully threaten and harass to attempt to get business. this is a great short term strategy, it may milk out a few extra $'s. but for long term it is making our job much more difficult. wells fargo.fell into this trap. the pushed sales at all costs and employees met the goals, by cooking the books. compnhealth is similar, employees burn calls, they call departments unrelated to their specialty to pit that tally mark on the whiteboard. all of this destroys trust and desensitized our clients to our purpose making things much more difficult than it needs to be. databases are a mess, conflicting info is common, adding to our pain points. leadership employs similar tactics. they bully threaten and harass to push employees. turnover is stagaring. the culture is lipstick on the pig. smiles in public, contests and cheatleading, but high pressure, threats and intimidation are in the one on one's. if your not a cookie cutie the rest leave. ther mindset is one of a business set to decline. they think they know it all, and will not listen to any voice that points out clear flaws in the process. the state the value feedback, but are quick to use the same responses to shut it down. painting clearly there is no room for authentic thought throughout the organization. I came from other sales roles and excelled, as an introvert. I value absolutly honest communication, and I will not promis unless I can deliver more than I promise. I hate being pushed and lied to when sold, so I refuse to do it to raise I sell. I earned respect and sold well, however there is no room for my style at comp health. they have already pushed their clients so hard that it is difficult to discuss reality. everyone is guarded. fellow employess are guarded and closed. all behaviors are within the box. other reviews say it's cultists. whatever it is, it's fake. if you are in sales and value respect and the long game, move past this place.
