      Potential for Good Money but Toxic Culture

      Pros

      I made more money (annual salary+commissions) at CompHealth than I had previously made in my sales career.

      Cons

      Upper management is completely incompetent. Many of the middle managers don't know how to train reps to do their jobs and are extremely poor at team management. Culturally it's one of the worst places to work.

      Politics. Income is dependent on another sales person doing there portion of the job. Some of the leadership.
