      They won't stop contacting me

      Pros

      There are no pros to being contacted when I have asked them not to.

      Cons

      Endless annoying solicitations. I have asked many many times to be taken off their contact list. They email and call frequently despite this.

      Pros

      I've loved working here, I have had the luck to land on good teams and have had great leaders that have helped me grow. I have loved the culture and the perception that they take care of their people.

      Cons

      There are leaders in the organization that have had a reputation for belittling, demoralizing, swearing at their employees and leading with fear. Lately I've heard from current and past employees specific examples and these examples have been shared with HR regarding those individuals. It's not just a few reps complaining, or isolated incidences, it's been many many reps and over years. How do you explain keeping these leaders CompHealth? How are they protected to that extent? Although it's not my team, it is making it very difficult to believe in this company anymore. I can't back an organization that allows their employees to be treated like that. I have to believe in what I do and it's becoming more difficult.
