      Pros

      Great culture, benefits, and the ability to earn a great income. The people are a big draw and one of the biggest reasons for employee retention.

      Cons

      Slow to promote from within and there is a long learning curve to understand the business model

      There is definitely a learning curve, both for our industry and our way of working. We're glad you're enjoying the culture and the people. Promotions can take time but you bring up some good points about how it is working in reality. We will pass this on.

      They have an inhouse cafeteria

      They say it is a sales position when in realty it's a telemarketing job. If you have been in sales before this is not a job for you. They have an extremely high turnover rate, constantly bringing in at least 15 new people in every other week. They say that it's because of expansion but it is to fill empty positions from people who have quit or that they have let go. Also if you are older (40 years old or older) you will not fit in, there is a huge boys club and they do not welcome older employees.

      The majority of our positions are for sales people and they do most of their work on the phone. Whether you call that sales or telemarketing, it is about the same thing - building relationships with healthcare providers or facilities and finding them jobs. Our turnover rate is very low (14-17%) and retention is high and we pride ourselves on including everyone, regardless of age and have many employees in the 40+ club (myself included).
