Pros

Benefits, provided tools to work from home (laptop, headset, etc)

Cons

I started here right before the pandemic. The initial adjustment to work from home was pretty smooth. Although, the culture quickly declined. There was minimal adjustments to how new hires were continued to train. In my case, management was very minimally involved with giving feedback. After a year and a half of meeting all expectations, I was let go for not producing enough revenue, although there was minimal actionable goals/feedback to do so until I was given 2 weeks to "significantly improve".

Pros

An awesome company to work for. while the base is $45,000, with commissions added, depending how well you do, there is potential to make 100k+ total. Some employees make 200k between base and commission, so the sky is the limit if you put in hard work. One of the best things that I appreciate is the strong values that CompHealth is built on. The company is very inclusive and there is ZERO tolerance for unethical or toxic behavior, which is outstanding. The management is also flexible about working from home and accommodating personal circumstances by allowing flexible schedule and work from home options. There are multiple employees who have been with the company 30-34 years which speaks for itself.

Cons

The base salary is 45k and it takes a while to ramp up your desk and start earning well. to be fair, there are additional bonuses for new employees to encourage and supplement the salary and you can be running full speed as fast as 4-6 months. Favoritism is also present, but overall it's a fair place to work.
