She once reminded us that it was employee appreciation week so make sure you come in early and stay late so that you can enjoy being appreciated. > CHG pays BELOW all of the other competitors like Staff Care, Advantage, Fusion, Vista. For a company that is so profitable why are they paying less than the smaller companies? > Top performers are commoditized. What difference does it make if you spend all of your time nurturing relationships with your clientele because in the end CHG lets you go and they keep the business. They do not care about their people. > Putting people first is a loose moniker, at best. > The CEO enjoys speaking his political alignment as if it were the opinion of the entire company regardless of your personal stance. > Poor leadership
