The leadership team is extremely supportive. We have a great culture and the team works well together. The Delivery Team is collaborative and I enjoy being part of this team. Compass Digital is a great place to work.

Cons

Love the people that I am working with and what I do. Company is constantly growing and learning and I feel like I am making a difference here. They do their best to make or find good positions for people that are assets in order to help with growth and advancement

Cons

Compensation does not always feel like it fits the amount of work I am doing. There are also growing pains with technology and with expanding our customer base. A lot of trouble with our app development and process changes that cause frustration with the associates
