Don’t join this team. Delivery was toxic. You are blamed for everything even when it’s out of your hands. Management has had zero people training. If you want zero growth and toxic culture this is your spot.

Toxic management Lack of training Lack of management support Be prepared to answer people at all hour and if you don’t be prepared to be punished.

Schedule is very flexible. Great work life balance. The work is challenging but enjoyable. It’s all about making processes easier and more enjoyable for both the operators and the customers. Good mixture of tactical and consulting work.

Cons

Sometimes meetings are later in the day if you’re working with a west coast account.
