Pros

Company seems to be truly embodying the idea of self starters and taking control of your career trajectory, personal and career development, and ultimately being a giant support system for its employees. FAST PACED work environment, which results in high achieving, highly collaborative teams that always aim to exceed expectations. Not your run-of-the-mill corporate job -- the company embraces individuality, self expression, and personal strengths, encourages growth, celebrates diversity, and encourages cross-team collaboration and relationship building. Good work/life balance. While we're all passionate about our work, it's encouraged to embrace PTO as true time off and "leave work at work." Gracious PTO, benefits, and a generally stable/growing company.

Cons

The work here isn't easy, but it's worthwhile. To succeed, you will need to push yourself to grow, remove self imposed limitations, and keep focus on the goals of the business. This isn't really a con, but for those who want a less involved job that they aren't genuinely invested in, they should likely look elsewhere.
