You never hear from them.

Cons

Don't expect a raise. Don't expect a bonus. The benefits are standard - I had a 2% match (ok) but they gutted that so if you are new you wont get it. PTO used to be a decent amount but they gutted it for new people. You used to be able to leave with all your PTO paid but now you have to use it before you leave. I would highly recommend not working here for more than 6 months - year. Its at best a pit stop - and they wont miss you when you leave. I left voluntarily for the reasons above... stayed too long.

Pros

I was able to work for a Fortune 500 company, as a contractor, which was a great experience. The other guys on my team were great and I really liked our SIM (who we reported to since we didn't have a Team Lead on site). Benefits weren't bad, I'd say they were on par with other companies I have worked for.

Cons

I did not receive a raise during the time I was employed by CompuCom. I took on more responsibilities, advanced in position, created tools used across multiple sites, and had a great annual review but none of that translated into CompuCom valuing me any more then when I just was starting with them. Based on other reviews and from what I have heard about from others it sounds like the situation I was in was far more common then it should be.

Pros

CompuCom offers great benefits and assistance to help people who want to obtain IT certifications. They also have a great PTO system.

Cons

Management is constantly changing. In my three+ years with the company, I've been under three different managers. There is no potential for moving out of current roles are positions are never posted. Instead promotional positions are simply offered to people so that they don't have to pay them what the new position entails.
