Pros

None left to talk about

Cons

So now there is a new President. Every time he does town halls he bashes everything the company did. Instead of moving forward, he continues to blame former teammates, former owners, former decisions, etc. You continue to say that we have no focus. What we sell isn't the problem. It is how we sell and the lack of training for our sales teams. And look in the distant past, when we did have that in place, the sales team still could not convert. When you put the "C" team in front of customers, they can smell it a mile away. Your problem isn't focus, it is the fact that you can't sell what you have. And we invest in no innovation and technology. You keep cutting that team to bits. And you wonder why you continue to bring in low end talent in a market that is on fire?

Pros

Trying to change culture and drive innovation

Cons

Sales team does not sell, Office Depot bought organization and CompuCom continues to decline from overall company perspective. Former CEO - Dan Stone is one of the worst individuals to work for and drove CompuCom into the ground.

Pros

-Starting pay is better than competitors. -Nothing is expected of you outside your scheduled hours. -Management is very hands-off if you're doing what's expected of you, and very forgiving when you aren't.

Cons

-A soft pay freeze has been in effect for over a year; The decent starting pay is no longer decent when you don't get a bare-minimum cost-of-living raise annually. -There is virtually no incentive to do your job well, as advancement opportunities are few and far-between and they are currently the only way to get a pay increase -Most of your coworkers are jaded and do just enough to remain employed; picking up their slack is futile and demoralizing -Even the "gold" insurance plan is virtually useless
