It felt like in the upper levels of management, it was constantly changing. Always people getting laid off so that the company can save money and move roles off-shore.

-No raises, ever. Unless you qualify for a raise based on race or gender choice. -Poor management -Unqualified managers, who were promoted based on race or gender -Did I mention you will never get a raise here? -They will promise to pay for certifications and then never do any of that, its just a tactic to get you in the door. -Managers harassing employees is a common thing here. I have personally observed an employee get harassed and then fired for speaking out about being harassed. Compucom HR is very quick to try to cover it up. -Being understaffed is what compucom does best.
