They pay for technical certifications if you can get through all the red tape....
Cons
Senior Leadership has no idea what they are doing. Merits and market adjustments are up to the director (who is never around thus causing use to not receive market adjustments). Seniors are not held accountable for their actions and poor work ethic. No training for new managers and can be a career dead-end. Benefit premiums are way too high and out of pocket costs will destroy your wallet.

The salary is low in comparison with other companies, I tried to apply to a internal position and to get a career development plant. The career development guy got promoted and I did not hear back from him. The interviewing manager never provided feedback, or a rejection email for that matter...

A good place to get some real world experience if you are right out of school but that's about it.
Cons
No raises, no opportunity to advance, worst of all, front lines managers are unprofessional. This place will kill your career if you stay too long.
