Pros

I can genuinely say that this company has exceeded all my expectations in terms of work culture, professional growth, and employee development. Compucom fosters an inclusive, dynamic, and supportive environment that truly values its employees. The organizational culture is not just about policies and procedures but about people-first values, where innovation and collaboration are encouraged at every level. One of the key reasons for my continued satisfaction here is the strong focus on internal mobility and career growth. Promotions at Compucom are merit-based, which creates an atmosphere where hard work, dedication, and talent are recognized and rewarded. I’ve personally seen a number of colleagues, including myself, rise through the ranks due to the company’s transparent and fair promotion policies. There is always room for learning and development, with ample opportunities for upskilling and leadership training. Compucom’s leadership team fosters a sense of community and inclusivity that makes every employee feel valued and heard. Whether it’s through regular communication or mentorship opportunities, the management is consistently engaged with the workforce, ensuring that we feel supported both professionally and personally. In short, if you're looking for an organization that prioritizes culture, values employee growth, and creates an environment where you can thrive—both as a professional and as an individual—Compucom is the place to be. I couldn’t be happier to be part of such a vibrant and forward-thinking company!

Cons

While Compucom offers numerous opportunities for growth, the fast-paced environment can sometimes feel challenging, especially as new projects and responsibilities come up frequently. However, this pace also keeps you on your toes and ensures continuous learning. The ever-evolving nature of the company may require adaptability, but it ultimately pushes you to develop new skills and expand your expertise.

Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

Poor management, unless you're part of the good ol' boys club. No training. No pay raises in years, but they do yearly performance reviews. The worst health benefits. No bonuses. No room for advancement.
