Highly Political, low pay rate, wlb

Senior Leadership has no idea what they are doing. Merits and market adjustments are up to the director (who is never around thus causing use to not receive market adjustments). Seniors are not held accountable for their actions and poor work ethic. No training for new managers and can be a career dead-end. Benefit premiums are way too high and out of pocket costs will destroy your wallet.

Some years small/no raises. Hard to be brought in full time and not from a temp agency.

No raises. Get what you can up front.

No proper training and communication

The work day is very full which leaves little time for training and education. Benefits are expensive. You have to be willing to figure out most processes on your own.

Sometimes you need to change schedules, but not too often
