Cons are many but the one thing I didn't like the most is that they do not select the candidate based on their knowledge they select them based on their friendship with the manager. HR knows everything but still no one tries stand against the manager. And the hilarious part is that HR doesn't participate but still gets an award. Whatever the prize would be one always goes to one of the HR. Also 24*7 work culture is there.

The internal culture, particularly the division between employees and managers. Despite the contractor status, you are awarded full time benefits of CompuCom and are a fully fledged CompuCom employee. However, there is a distinct dividing line between yourself and CompuCom employees that are not burdened by a contract on their head.

- They do not invest in their employees, they will bring others in from outside the company, or offshore before they spend a dime training their staff. - They preach about how important their staff is to them, but have done very little to show they mean what they say, in my opinion

Users need more training and company is up front.

Career progression feels very confusing for certain roles

stress level is too high

Appraisals are not done as expected

Last raise I got was 2 years ago there's always a reason why it's not possible

Not much training, management unprofessional
