Not much opportunity for pay increase

Company looks unstable at management level. Even hikes are not that great

Management lacks transparency and integrity. No direction. Company for sale.

Terrible management, all they do is lie, no work actually gets done, a lot of favoritism, no culture, people out in positions that had no relevant experience, etc. the worst company I’ve ever worked for.

I was asked on more than one occasion to lie. A group of us were asked to join a tech club the client was a part of and always second their motions but never reveal our connection. I was also asked to steal source code for some custom software used at one of the clients so it could be used elsewhere (I pretended I didn't have access to it even though I did). Management will hold big rah rah meetings and tout the new HQ and tell everybody how great it is, but there are never raises. Their days are numbered. I always thought I would retire from there, but I had to get out before it was too late.
