I was very happy the first year of employment, I had to transfer platforms and it by far has been the worst job I have ever had. Micro manage is an understatement. I was told it is not about customer service and solving the issue, its about the numbers. In other words, it's about the money and that is it. I haven't gotten a raise since day one. I am leaving because it is way to stressful and it affecting my attitude and home life.

Pros

CGS is generally a great place to work and they have great people there. Especially their management team and training leaders. I personally would have oved to stay with the company if it hadn't moved out of Delkalb county into Gwinnett county. I enjoyed meeting Tricea who is an incredibly amazing individual who not only loves her job but really take care of the people who work with her. If you are looking to start a career in technology then here is where you want to be I promise. They also have a Transitcheck program for those who commute through public and ride sharing.

Cons

The location was the only downsize for me.
