Our managers and colleagues model our Core Values daily by continuously demonstrating respect, encouragement, and collaboration. In terms of pay and diversity, ensuring fair and equitable pay is something we take pride in. We are constantly comparing salaries against the market so that we offer competitive wages. In addition, we continuously assess the diversity of our workforce. Pros

CTG is great. They internally genuinely care about their employees and are willing to grow, change, and adapt with the staffing industry. Forward thinking and plenty of options for their consultants to jump onto projects.

Cons

No 401K match, PTO structure is pretty low compared to what other companies offer. Benefits don’t kick in quickly for hourly consultants.

We agree that our employees genuinely care for another, which is behavior our leadership models and encourages from the top down. Building and developing connections allows us to shape our retention strategies better, help employees achieve their career goals, equip everyone with the tools they need to succeed and adapt to an ever-changing market. We hope you were happy to hear the recent, wonderful news about the improved Vacation Policy! Starting January 2023, employees will be eligible to earn more vacation time at an accelerated accrual schedule. We value work/life balance and know how important it is for employees to take time to do what they love outside of work. This new vacation policy provides more time for employees to do just that. In terms of the 401(k) match, while we currently don’t provide a traditional match, we have contributed lump sum contributions to participating employees’ plans for four consecutive years. Additionally, we are always looking for ways in which we can contribute to our employees’ plan. We’re happy to have you as part of our CTG family, finding new recruits that will help us make CTG an even better place to work!

We appreciate your feedback and shout out to our managers who frequently receive accolades from employees. Managers build relationships of trust with their employees, empowering them to grow and be successful in their role. In our recent Great Place to Work survey, 91% of respondents said that managers trust them to do a good job without looking over their shoulders, which illustrates the environment of trust that we promote. We agree with you that remaining in contact when contracts end is beneficial to employees and CTG. We will continue to encourage managers and recruiters to keep in touch with employees after an assignment completes. We also invite all current and former employees to connect with us on our social networks Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn so they can hear about business updates and new opportunities.
