Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We’re disheartened that your experience was inconsistent with ones we typically hear of from employees. We feel our senior leadership has set a strong vision for CTG’s business strategy and openly shares that vision during town hall calls and other frequent company-wide communications. Our managers play an integral role in reinforcing this vision as they continually strengthen the bond between their employees and CTG. Our managers are connected to their teams and regularly assess the market to ensure fair and competitive compensation. Employees with concerns about their compensation or questions about the company’s vision are encouraged to reach out to their manager, Human Resources, or any member of the management team. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

We appreciate your feedback! We agree that the variety of assignments and projects we offer are challenging, innovative, and provide employees the opportunity to enhance and develop their skill sets. Not only do our projects allow for skill expansion, we encourage employees to explore and develop skills in areas that interest them. We provide employees the opportunity to be reimbursed for certifications that accelerate their career path. In addition, if an employee has difficulty getting up to speed on a project, their manager will help determine what tools and resources are needed to help with the learning process. We encourage any employee needing assistance acclimating to a project to reach out to their manager immediately. Thank you for being a member of our team!

We appreciate your feedback and agree that CTG is a Best Place to Work! Our leadership team is a strong proponent of ensuring work-life balance and well-being for all employees. Many employees juggle the demands of work and home, trying to be equally present in each. We want all employees to be engaged and connected with CTG during their work hours, and engaged and connected with family and friends while at home. We help employees achieve this balance by offering several programs such as flexible scheduling, work from home opportunities, wellness tips and challenges, and an Employee Assistance Program. In our recent Great Place to Work survey, one employee stated that CTG is “Extremely supportive and sincerely puts the well-being (physical, mental and emotional) of employees as THE top priority.” We’re pleased that your experience has been consistent with that of many others. Thank you for being a part of our team!
