We appreciate your feedback! We agree that the variety of assignments and projects we offer are challenging, innovative, and provide employees the opportunity to enhance and develop their skill sets. Not only do our projects allow for skill expansion, we encourage employees to explore and develop skills in areas that interest them. We provide employees the opportunity to be reimbursed for certifications that accelerate their career path. In addition, if an employee has difficulty getting up to speed on a project, their manager will help determine what tools and resources are needed to help with the learning process. We encourage any employee needing assistance acclimating to a project to reach out to their manager immediately. Thank you for being a member of our team!
