You’re correct that all full time employees are eligible to participate in our health care benefits in accordance with the Affordable Care Act. Our benefits team is dedicated to ensuring affordable and comprehensive coverage; they continuously assess our benefits plans to keep them competitive with the market. In regards to raises, managers review salaries and total compensation on a regular basis to ensure alignment with the market and individual skillset. We encourage employees who have compensation concerns to reach out to their managers for resolution. Our managers have an open door policy to keep the lines of communication flowing and support their employees throughout the duration of an employee’s tenure at CTG. Many of our employees would agree with you that the ability to work from home lands in the “pros” column at CTG. In our recent Great Place to Work survey, employees cited the ability to work from home as one of the top three special and unique characteristics of CTG. In terms of structure and time off, our organizational structure allows for different employment options that employees may choose depending on their needs. While we allow all employees to take off throughout the year, paid time off is dependent upon the individual’s employment option.
