      Pros

      The people at CTG are wonderful - some of the best people I've worked with. They're smart, fun, and genuinely care about one another. I have total confidence in our executive leadership.

      Cons

      No 401k match, . Not a lot of back up though as CTG wants to obviously cater to client's needs and keep the contract

CTGers are committed to showing respect for one another, which is a big part of what makes our company so special. They treat others with dignity, kindness and fairness. CTGers practice good listening skills so coworkers feel comfortable voicing ideas and opinions. Our inclusive work environment ensures that employees know their voice matters. In terms of benefits, we hope you heard our recent exciting announcement! On our town hall at the end of September, we announced a significant decrease in our 2022 employee benefit cost. Our leadership takes employee feedback seriously and therefore committed to lowering employee costs for the third year in a row. We hope employees are as excited about this as we are!
