Pros

None come to mind.

Cons

Since starting as a contractor with CTG I have not received any call from management to see how things are going or if they would like any feedback on anything. I had to approach the customer for a pay increase as CTG does not apparently do that for you, or at least that is my impression. They let you fend for yourself.

Thank you for providing feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you feel communication has been lacking, as our management team values establishing connections with employees. We believe that fostering open communication in a supportive environment helps us to best represent and develop our employees. Our managers are dedicated to ensuring our employees feel appreciated and valued for the work they complete for us and our clients. We also believe communication is an interactive process requiring input from both sides; if an employee has a question or concern, we encourage you to reach out to your CTG manager directly.

Pros

They are very good until you complain or get injured on the job. Not enough room to write all of my experiences over the years. Some of the things I put up with because the job was easy and easy money before I had my last experience.

Cons

Fell, at work, fractured my hand and Ulna bone forced back to work with my injuries. Started out with 6 wk injury ended up having to have surgery and was terminated with two dropped fingers at the end of my worker's comp.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for your 11 years of service at CTG. At CTG, we take employee health and safety seriously. As such, we have an incident reporting process in place to assist employees when injuries occur on the worksite. Our Benefits department works closely with our disability and workers’ compensation administrators to ensure each situation is handled appropriately and with care. When situations involve injuries, we require documentation from a medical provider to be certain the employee is ready and able to return to work. It is not our practice to encourage employees to work while injured or recovering from surgery. We direct all employees to reach out to their manager if an injury occurs so the proper incident reporting and resolution process is followed. Additionally, the management structure we have in place allows employees to communicate concerns or issues to a number of leadership employees. For example, our Field Service Manager program allows senior level employees working on the client site to have management responsibilities. This means an employee can reach out to a field manager, direct manager, their manager’s manager, or HR for assistance. There is always a communication vehicle available to our employees.
