It’s not often you hear of employees working at the same employer for over 26 years, but we are very proud of the length of tenure many of our employees have, especially within our corporate team. We have several employees who have been with us for 40 years! You mentioned your management team, and we agree that our managers are one of the key factors that make CTG a Great Place to Work. In our recent survey, employees were asked what special or unique thing makes CTG a Great Place to Work.
