      Pros

      Very flexible with my schedule. I transitioned from 3rd shift to first shift, and from full-time to part-time with no problems. I also worked remotely, which made my life so much easier.

      Cons

      Occasionally demanding workloads, but it was extremely easy to work overnight.

Depending on the requirements of the assignment, we offer flexible scheduling and work from home options whenever possible in support of a healthy work/life balance. If employees feel overwhelmed by their workload, we encourage them to discuss it with their manager. Our managers want to ensure projects are properly staffed and that their employees are happily engaged.
