Pros

Best onboarding i've experienced, it's mostly self learning but theres a lot of resources to help you. Pretty fast paced though. Management and the team is nice, also nice being remote Great product!

Cons

This is really becoming the dealbreaker, and the reason I gave 3 stars. Health benefits aside, the PTO policy is the worst I've ever seen especially for this industry. And I don't think this was communicated clearly during the interview process. There's only 16 days personal PTO and it's accrued MONTHLY, you don't even get it upfront. That's genuinely unheard of and would be the only reason I'd consider leaving the company.

Company puts tremendous thought and value into culture and it shows. Everyone is approachable from the CEO on down. No ego at this company. Lots of support and training. Great product!

Cons

I really can't think of any real cons. If you don't have a strong work ethic this isn't the place for you.
