Awful Managers

Pros

Good place to start a career

Cons

They have the worst managers in the world. Everybody is so pressured to hit their quotas that some are willing to do unethical things to reach them. Partners doing analyst work so they can reach their billable hours. Work is distributed within their own cliques and not thinking about the right person for the job. It is a disservice to their clients! Jerks are usually the ones that are able to grow...especially if you are a white good looking guy! Just go to their website and look at the lack of diversity within their leadership team!

Pros

Fascinating projects, super smart people, stimulating work, great, friendly culture. Global presence and opportunities for mobility. You can get a long way by being proactive.

Cons

Senior management is smug, blinkered, and also relatively young and showing no signs of moving on. White, male and military dominated perspective that is essential that you share or you will not succeed. Very few senior women and little cultural diversity. Lack of strategic thinking.
