Crazy Maple Studio reviews

I've worked here about 3 years, and every year they remove a benefit, reduce bonuses, or pull some other crap. We used to have unlimited sick leave, unlimited vacation, xmas week off, fitness reimbursement, and longevity pay if we stayed long enough, which I was looking forward to. They've now given us limited sick leave, limited vacation, a classpass that many of us can't even use instead of fitness reimbursement, no xmas week off, and now they're removing longevity pay. It's like they actually don't like their employees to feel stable and appreciated. I thought I'd want to stay here forever but now I want to leave asap

Every assignment was torn apart by inconsistent feedback that contradicted itself. I'd spend days revising only to be told to revert back to an earlier draft. Instead of storytelling, it was a revolving door of rewrites that went nowhere. The constant micromanagement sucked all the creativity out of the work, leaving me frustrated and drained.
