Crazy Maple Studio reviews

Working for Crazy Maple Studio has been such a letdown. Every year, leadership finds ways to make working here a lot more miserable, such as removing benefits, enforcing useless policies, making unnecessary budget cuts, etc. My work-life balance has been terrible as well, since I constantly have to work long hours just to be able to meet the tight deadlines and unreasonable demands management usually sets. Support here is practically nonexistent; managers do nothing to help employees grow. Instead of offering guidance and providing employees with feedback, they opt to harass and verbally abuse them instead. Unless you want to be thoroughly disappointed, I highly recommend staying away.

People keep leaving the company because of how awful employees are being treated! Management keeps reducing benefits and cutting salaries, while increasing workloads and setting higher expectations! Who wouldn't want to leave when the work conditions get worse annually?!
