Small company habits meet large company demands

Pros

Interesting and challenging work, 9/80 schedule, work with some very intelligent employees, stocked kitchen

Cons

Lots of growing pains going on due to small company origins, lots of tribal knowledge and lack of documentation or process, small production space is cramped at every stage, morale tends to be poor across the board for a variety of reasons, pressure is pretty intense on each group as everyone fights to defend their people and try and meet lofty demands from on high

People/colleagues who work hard to get the work done.

Cons

C-level management seem to be confused and don't really know what they're doing. All they care about is meeting their quarterly financial numbers. No strong vision for the company and no loyalty to their employees.
