At this time none. Seems like we work 24/7 Going back to the office does get you more free time then remote working get to spend 3 hours in traffic.

Cons

Long hours. No family life. To many meetings to count. So many processes they have made working here impossible. Tools have so many issues with no commitment to fix them. Jobs are going out of country causing issues with the projects. raises are terrible people leaving for more money. New owners have shown to be all about profit at any cost so long hours are expected. Have all these programs they send out on health and helping you but who has time to attend?
