Although the team that I worked with was a good team, but in general some of the managers in Cubic need to be accountable for their behaviors and poor leadership skills.

Cubic is one of the largest transportation fare collection system. I have been working here since 2019. I found 9/80 work schedule very promising. Especially for working moms. There are plenty of opportunities where you can grow in the career. Cubic has a great mentorship program.

Cons

Change management very frequently. Be adaptive to the change management and org changes.
