Excellent pay, decent benefits, nice 9-80 schedule. Very nice tuition reimbursement limits for training or education.

Cons

Technology perpetually stuck in the past. Occasional flares of inspiration, but so many disappointing missed opportunities. Very limited innovation (although better than it used to be). Numerous small fiefdoms and sacred cows.
