Great people to work with, exciting work. 9/80 work schedule(9 hour workdays + Every other Friday off).

Cons

Sr leadership continuously sets unreasonable expectations for product delivery. Projects are frequently understaffed. Team burnout is rampant. High turnover rate. Compensation & benefits lacking for extreme workload and lack of work/life balance.

People, FTO, large nice new building that’s completely empty in San Diego: if that’s where you work
