Poor management, losing business, minimal support, no feedback loops, blame culture, no ownership, backward processes .. I could go on.

Teamwork, the work was steady, flexibility.

Cons

Most US & UK jobs are being offshored to India. They aren't even laying off the poorest performers. Cubic is axing top notch employees that cared for what they did and those that made an impact. Prior to layoffs they stripped all incentives and benefit cost significantly increased.
