Pros

-Some of the best coworkers. -Stability -Employees tend to stay for a long time.

Cons

-If you don't work in San Diego there are few opportunities to move up unless someone leaves. There is cronyism going on at HQ. -Employee benefits are bare. Medical insurance premiums are high. -Lower pay -No dedication to individual projects. -Outsourcing overseas. -Bad business decisions. -No back filling of positions. -"Evergreen" jobs posted that don't actually exist. -Cut everything to make a sale to Veritas.
