      Company continues to take more and more away from the workers. Appears top management has a "Rules for thee but not for me" mentality. No real dedication to the employees except words.

      Less investment then ever; Cost cutting and poor compensation; Mass exodus with no plant on retention; short term executive incentives for cost cutting first with now unfounded growth initiatives.
