After take over Cubic by Private firm all department working style looks changed and lack of management direction to drive company with current market situation. All most 70% excellent old resource left from cubic this is major setback. Cubic need to reduce high level management people and requires to add more engineers who has hands on skill sets. Example - I was working from IT my manager don’t know what appraisal goal should assign for company benefits but assigning to me appraisal goal as per CEO list.

Overworked, weekends & nights are the norm Toxic chauvinistic culture: ignore female insight & contributions to help things go smoothly, until the wrong way has led us so far astray that the the project is doomed to fail, countless hours of work, strife, poor morale are wasted. Then, and only then, are the insights from the females put into practice, to save entire projects. The men take credit for these turnarounds. Women are routinely ignored in meetings. It's disgusting. Poor hires are made then stock around for 6-12 months, dragging down productivity. Harassment is in the daily culture. If you're female, have respect for women, or don't care for this kind of environment, run from this place.
