      For a company that such good people, it is a mess.

      Cons

      It is a mess. They are also starting to do the goofy DEI thing where you wonder how much they're breaking the civil rights act and illegally discriminating on race and gender. Taking racial and gender inventory of your employees is a repulsive thing to do.

      8/50 schedule, decent benefits, great co-workers

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of transparency, outdated products and trying to play catch-up in the market. Relies on it's reputation which is in tatters with customers. Broken processes, and bad execution. On-boarding is non-existent, direct manager was rah-rah but didn't really do anything. Upper management is clueless, doesn't engage with staff or customers, has no idea of the disconnect in the market. I witnessed some appalling actions by management folks that would have been instant termination at other companies.
