The company takes a proactive and progressive approach to ethical employee treatment. You have the opportunity to work on projects that are expected to achieve beyond the ordinary.

Cons

Since I started at Cubic about the time the pandemic started, I have not had opportunities for meeting face to face with co-workers. Cubic has taken a work from home if possible stance for all employees who can reasonably do so.

Interesting and challenging work, 9/80 schedule, work with some very intelligent employees, stocked kitchen

Cons

Lots of growing pains going on due to small company origins, lots of tribal knowledge and lack of documentation or process, small production space is cramped at every stage, morale tends to be poor across the board for a variety of reasons, pressure is pretty intense on each group as everyone fights to defend their people and try and meet lofty demands from on high
