      Austin Office Shut Down

      Pros

      None worth mentioning except every other Friday off.

      Cons

      Cubic shut down the Austin office several months ago. After destroying the culture created by Intific, they squandered their relationships with DARPA and other DoD entities and let this operation die on the vine. Inept senior management and the toxic results of the recent acquisition all contributed to the demise of a once great place to work that was innovative and bright.

      Workpalce is hostile

      Pros

      There are fewer and fewer each day.

      Cons

      Lack of anger management. ZERO team building. Hostility towards the team. Loss of benefits. Increased employee out of pocket costs for what's left. Veritas is making the place a wasteland and there will NOT be much if any resale value if they lose two programs through attrition. Regardless the employees lose while Veritas sops up the money.
