The people are really friendly.

Cons

Defense-sector pay without the good work life balance. Pitiful raises and growth. Cubic pays a whole team of people whose job is to virtue signal and bully you into taking courses about your privilege. Morale is incredibly low because they can't keep people and quality is going down the drain. Recent acquisition is creating a lot of uncertainty. I could go on.

Great people on a day to day basis. My first line supervisor was a rockstar, he fought for us daily. Unfortunately he was fighting a losing battle daily.

ZERO support from the PM for our project.
