The people and the company were great. Everyone was nice and willing to help when I asked. I think the company is going through a transition period and they are really trying to improve some of the on site benefits to the employees.

Cons

They kind of forgot about me from time to time and I didn't have much to do when this happens.

working in a good team can beneficial and pleasant ...

Cons

No forward thinking, No forward planning short term culture and all about the money and i want it yesterday .. Management are in excess, far too many and too many of them are incompetent. "bright as a blackout " was term often used. If you ain't management don't expect any training ...and the more you do the less thought of you become. coffee breaks are a no no and expect to eat dinner at your desk with no internet .....so you end up working !!!! Oh and future isn't orange, just looks dim .. losing contracts, redundancies and low morale
