      Pros

      Ability to telecommute three to four days a week. Able to go into the office on a flexible schedule and commute around bad traffic hours.

      Cons

      Hard to maintain a set work schedule with being on the East Coast and working with peers on the West Coast.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Ok benefits, flexible work hours and central location. 9 hours day (Every other Friday off)

      Cons

      No morals, all politics. No room to grow. No training. Old timers run the show. It's expected to work at least 20% more than your scheduled hours. No job security at all. 70s style buildings.

      Team is mostly friendly to work with, daily workflow is easy as long as you know public transit system well enough.

      Cons

      Call center based without given adequate time to review work related updates at start of shift unless you come in early at your personal time while unpaid; limited career growth, not a 'work your way up' job
