      Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Company totes the line that they promote from within. I have never seen this happen at the Tullahoma plant. If you perform well in a job you are doomed to stay there while you are at cubic. Promotion may happen at other locations but not here. 'Buddy hiring' seems to be the norm.

      Great work environment, great people, great benefits, and great learning opportunities. The best company I have worked for in my life.

      Cons

      I really do not have any complaints about this company. If I had to choose a negative thing to complain about it would say that traffic sometimes gets slow around the office.
