Not really micromanaged but never really told what to do.

Cons

Cubic has Sink or swim mentality with no communication or leadership. The company is very lifeless, dull, and gloomy. The company has a reputation for surprise lay offs which leads to the overall poor morale.

Pros

Cubic has a lot of perks for employees. They have a 9/80 work schedule, week off for Christmas, work out facility, and basketball courts. The people are what make Cubic great.

Cons

A change in CEO has lead to a decrease in vacation, salary raises, bonuses, and profit sharing. What makes Cubic great was the culture and family but now that we have a new CEO, we're become more mainstream with other publicly traded companies. Number one priority are the shareholders and bottom line.
