Pros
Some of the SMEs were great, as well as a few of the regular employees.
Cons
Targeted employees that would accept low wages, work structure and onboarding was very unorganized, huge learning curve with a lot of moving parts, required excessive work hours to meet deadlines, lack of planning on management's behalf, work requirements literally changed daily which required lots of rework, weekly meetings discussing how goals were not met, project managed poorly, many unhappy workers were looking for other employment. Finally, without any notice let go 90% of workers on one project. Would never advise anyone to work there. If 90% of the workers were performing poorly, the problem is management. Worst job in my life.
